Here are 5 simple steps to creating a great lifestyle.  Often over looked and under appreciated, these KEY lifestyle choices will drastically change your life. Follow these five basic steps and you will ultimately be the fucking man.

Lose The Fat 

The first step to being the fucking man is to lose some fat. Obesity is an epidemic. Most people disregard their health and have too much fat surrounding their waist line. An average waist size should be around 32 inches and for women less than that. This is not only for aesthetics but for overall good health. Money means nothing if you don’t take care of yourself . The first step is to lose fat and take care of yourself. If you are obese then you should focus on fat loss ASAP.

Read Books 

Most people work a 9 to 5 then come home and turn the television on for hours till they go to sleep. They are coping not striving. Yes, you can be entertained by television but no, it shouldn’t take up most of your time. Reading books will keep you sharp when times get tough and put you on a path to constant learning. Self help, biographies of the greats and how to books are good steps forward if you have not explored the resources of books. If you don’t like to read, then audio books can do the trick. Stop making excuses and fit reading books into your daily routine.

Talk To Everyone 

It is extremely important that you have a social life. Having a good social circle is key to an overall healthy lifestyle. It has been said that you are the five people you most spend your time with. So knowing that, spend time with positive people. Talking to everyone will build momentum and open many social doors that would not be open if you walk with your head down. Most people I see walking the streets won’t smile and talk to people they don’t know. It is a shame because they are closing themselves off to opportunities. Being able to hold a conversation with people you meet or just a passerby will help build your social and communication skills. Being friendly and understanding social cues is key to living a positive life.

What you put in your body will determine how you look and how you think. Eating healthy will not only help you remain fit but it will also determine how sharp you brain is. Reaction speed, mental focus, and energy come from eating the right foods and taking in the right vitamins. A balanced healthy diet help build muscle, losing fat and will make you smarter as well. Staying away from high fructose corn syrup and refined carbohydrates is a start in the right direction. Consuming a lot of vegetables along with lean protein can help you stay focused on being the fucking man.

Get Enough Sleep 

I saved the best for last. Sleep is often under looked and not seen as of extreme importance although it is the most important of them all. You must be getting enough sleep in order to build muscle, lose fat, remain mentally focused and overall being the fucking man. Yes, there will be some nights you will not get enough sleep but you must learn to make up that sleep so you don’t become sleep deprived. Lack of sleep will lead to poor performance of all that you do during your waking hours. The amount of sleep varies per person but for the most part 8-9 hours is needed daily. Don’t sleep on getting enough sleep.

Now these are the main 5 steps to being the fucking man. I could add much more but these steps will get you going in the right direction. They are the main ingredients to living a positive healthy life. If you just incorporate these 5 key steps in your life, you will see great change in your overall well-being.
