The 2 Most Important Factors To Building Muscle And Losing Fat

Most often overlooked and misunderstood, here are the two most important factors to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. And yes! You can build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Reading articles and watching YouTube videos are not enough. You need to push yourself and take these two factors serious. Here they are!

Factor Number 1

Going to the gym and working out hard is the most important factor to build muscle and lose fat. Might sound simple and it is! Entering the gym doors and pushing yourself to the limit is key to getting a great physique. I see a ton of gym goers staring at their phones, lifting light weights, and talking on the phone while strolling on the treadmill. These same people wonder why they are not seeing results from their gym membership. You need to go hard or go home. It is as simple as that. Everyone has off days but if your off days turn into off weeks and months then you are just wasting your time. Get to the gym and workout hard! Follow a fitness program! Keep notes for your progress and take it serious for at least 3 months. See your results rapidly.

Factor Number 2

You will prob think I am going to say healthy eating but I am not. The second factor is sleep! You need sleep to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Without sleep your muscles have no way to rest and grow. The muscles are not built-in the gym they are built when you sleep. A good 7-9 hours of quality sleep is recommended in a dark room. Everyone is different but that is the norm and average. The more sleep the better!

In The End

Make sure you take care of these two most important factors to build muscle and lose fat before you worry about anything else. Supplements, the latest workout trends, and nutrition secrets are not important, but working out hard and sleeping are.
