It can be overwhelming to say the least when trying to get fit let alone get a six-pack. Here is how to get a six-pack step by step for beginners. Going to the gym and going through the motions is not enough to get your abs to show. You should work out hard in the gym and that includes sweat, using all your energy and walk out the gym doors feeling you got something accomplished. Most don’t do this so that’s why I say the most important part to building muscle and losing fat is working out to our full potential in the gym. I wanted to get that out the way before I continue.

It is not needed but recommended in this day of age of high sugar snacks and fast food complacency for a working man or women.

I recommend you do this at first then you can go back to a more normal routine if you can not stand it. Basically intermittent fasting in a nutshell is FUCK BREAKFAST. Do not eat breakfast. Kellogg’s was a smart business man but he fooled you into thinking breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Don’t buy it! You should wake up, HUNT (which is get something done with your life) KILL (which is accomplish your goals) THEN EAT. It’s not that hard. Eat A Salad A Day

For the remaining time it takes you to lean down you should eat a salad a day. This salad must include a protein on top. Grilled chicken, skirt steak, salmon, tuna etc. Lean protein on top of a full salad. This should be your FIRST MEAL OF THE DAY which would lunch time. Leafy vegetables will help you get lean so you can see your abs. Having fat over your abs is like watching a television with a blanket over it. You won’t see the tv! Eat Like A King In The Evening

Have a healthy carb such as brown rice or sweet potato and a vegetable you like such as spinach ( I like spinach because of Popeye) and a lean protein as well. YOU MUST HAVE PROTEIN IN EVERY MEAL YOU CONSUME. Especially since you are going to be eating 2-3 meals a day. Split your plate in half and the one half is protein. The other two quarters are carbs and veggies. Eat big and get a good amount of sleep daily. The two most important factors to getting SuperFit is working out hard in the gym and sleep. Make sure you do both!

Now this is the meat and potatoes of getting your six pack. You will not see your six pack if you don’t train your abdominal. Abs are made in the gym not the kitchen like you hear. Yes you must eat correctly to get a six pack but the gym is where they are made. Work out your core every time you are in the gym. Working out your abs every day is ideal but if you go to the gym 4 days a week you can work them out 4 times a week. Now on rotating days use weight training to work out abs.

For example: Monday: weighted core exercises. Tuesday: no weights such as crunches. Wednesday: weighted ab training and so on.

Maintenance And Things To Do (and NOT Do)

Once you reach the point that you are lean enough to see your abs you can drop certain things I mentioned. Although it would be ideal that you stick to the program so you don’t fall off and end up with a fat gut again. I would take breakfast out of your life but if you do miss it possibly only eat breakfast 2 days a week( like the weekends). You don’t have to eat a salad a day for the rest of your life to have a six-pack! This is to shock your body with the malnutrition it needs to get the ball rolling.

 

Final Words

Stay away from sugar and freezer food. Keep bread to a minimum and eat like a caveman. Don’t binge on sweets and high fructose corn syrup is making you dumb. Be more active and instead of the escalator walk up the stairs. Have protein in every single meal and eat foods that are not man-made. Keeping carbs low during non training days and eating your carbs after your weight training workouts are key to getting and staying lean.
