Abundance mentality

We as people tend to see the world as a harsh place.

Everyday is a struggle and we waste away our lives at places, jobs, and with people we are not truly happy with.

As a child we had so much hope. We felt we could do anything we put our mind to but as we get older that often is slowly dissolved into the real world.

I don’t mean to be a Debbie downer but most people think that they can not succeed and get all that they wished for like when they were a child.

Children feel emotions genuinely and dream big but often that is brought down by other adults around them.

May it be there parents, teachers, or siblings telling them the most famous word “no”.

You can not do that, no! don’t touch that, no! that’s not how to do that.

No,no,no no.

Even if you had the most supporting up bringing it still is instilled into your brain as a child that not all is possible.

It is real important as a parent to make sure you are developing your children the right way.

Having gotten off topic let me discuss abundance.

Abundance is defined as a very large quantity of something.

Now in life as we get older we feel that there are some things we can not conquer. Or we reach a certain age and our time is up for doing certain things in our life that we really want.

We go in to a scarcity mode where we have to hold on to certain jobs, people, things in our life fearing if lost they will be gone forever.

Losing these things and fearing we can’t get any better.

This mindset is totally false and I am here to tell you there is an abundance of life out there that you are not living.

Living in fear with money, relationships, business will only keep you stagnant in life.

Change is good and deciding to do better for yourself on a regular basis should be your goal.

There is so much more in life you are not exploring because of one word…

“When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.”

-Alexander Graham Bell

There is so much opportunities out in the world and when fear of losing what is mediocre will only lead you to living an unhappy life.

It is never too late to live the life of your dreams.

I like to bring fitness into every article I write and abundance is related as well.

When you feel you will never lose weight or your body is the way it is due to genetics, that is scarcity.

These are excuses you are giving yourself based on fear.

There is no ifs can’t won’t or impossibles.

Opportunities are endless for everybody and you have to deal with the cards you were dealt.

The world is big enough to enjoy what you truly love and deserve to have.

You should love and there is no excuse to that.

Nothing should be holding you back in living your life to the fullest.

When you are living your life in fear of losing everything…that’s when you fail.

Take what you desire.
